Miriam Technologies, Inc. (owner of FreshGrids™) does not share customer information of any kind with anyone. We will not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We DO NOT sell, rent or provide outside access to our mailing list or any data we store. Any data that you store via our software is wholly owned by you or your business. At anytime you are free to take your data and leave, or to simply delete your data from our facilities.

Miriam Technologies only collects personal information that is necessary for access and use our services, billing, services improvement, and contact. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information.

Miriam Technologies may release personal information in the following situations:

• If it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
• You have given explicit permission to share your information.
• If Miriam Technologies or FreshGrids is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Miriam Technologies will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
