Terms of Service

FreshGrids is a service of Miriam Technologies, Inc. ("Miriam Technologies"). By using the freshgrids.com web site ("FreshGrids site") and any services accessible from the FreshGrids site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be allowed to purchase any Services from the FreshGrids site.

Miriam Technologies reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Continued use of the FreshGrids site after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

If a user violates any of the terms outlined below, Miriam Technologies reserve the right to cancel accounts, or bar access to accounts without notice.

Your Account
  1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
  2. You must be 13 years of age or older.
  3. You must provide a valid email address, along with any other information required by Miriam Technologies during the registration process.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Miriam Technologies will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Personally identifiable information submitted by you shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.
  5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading
A valid credit card is required for all accounts, whether collected at sign up or following the free 30-day trial period. The FreshGrids site is billed in advance on a monthly basis in accordance with our pricing schedule and all monthly payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of Service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds.
